At today's appointment, Alex explained how my warranty works. I was having difficulty with the left ear volume button. She suggested sending it in for a complete overhaul. Very helpful. And, it is always nice to visit with receptionist Kay. See you next time!

The left hearing aid does not work right. I push the volume button and most times will not go up or down, and it should have 5 settings like the right. It just doesn't work right
