Upon arrival,we were greeted warmly and professional ly. The waiting area was decorated with nice comfortable chairs. There was a water cooler and coffee maker. Informational brochures were displayed within easy reach. After a short wait the testing began. Each step was thoroughly explained and completed in a professional manner....
